Same Day Service - Expedited & Released on Day 5 - No Waiting

We uniquely provide a bespoke superfast Same Day Service from the time you have swabbed to delivering your PCR test result. This is delivered by booking a Same Day or lab turnaround service in conjunction with one of our dedicated courier services. Our personal attention by award winning executive assistants also reduces the risk of any delay and ensures we can react quickly should a delay occur.

If necessary we can also arrange a private same day courier that delivers your swab, waits while you do the test and delivers back to the lab for processing with results and certification the same day, if you book our same day service or the following day if you book our standard service. Please note that with our same day service the sample must be dropped off at the lab within 24 hours of sampling in order for the test to be processed.

This is a CovGuard's Premium expedited service previously only available for mission critical testing for International Sports teams, TV production and blue-chip companies. One of our testing consultants will always work with you by email or phone to get the result back to you as quickly as possible.

For these Same Day express services order the Same Day service and contact us at our premium service email. This provides a deposit, confirms your test and access to one of our consultants 7 days a week. There may be more courier or appointment charges for example if a dedicated same day courier service or an appointment at one of our London clinics is incurred depending on your location and the urgency of your test.

What is "Test to Release"?

If you are returning to the UK unvaccinated you can now optionally reduce your 10-day quarantine time by taking this CovGuard test. Accredited for the UK Gov. International 'Test-To-Release' scheme.

By taking this test, you will be able to test on day 5 and reduce your self-isolation period providing you test negative.

Using one of our 'red carpet' services means you will be legally released and able to go about your normal activities at the soonest opportunity. This can be a game changer for businesses, leaders, stars, and families.

When can you take the test?

The earliest you can take a test is on day 5 after arrival from an amber list country.

When can you stop self-isolating?

If the test is negative you can stop self-isolating as soon as you get the result.

If the test is positive you need to self-isolate for another 10 days. Count the 10 days starting from the day you took the test, or from when you first had symptoms if that is earlier.

What you’ll need to do?

Before arriving you’ll need to:

  • Order this eligible test.
  • Say that you’ll be using the Test to Release scheme on the passenger locator form.

You cannot take a test through NHS Test & Trace to shorten your self-isolation period. You must continue to self-isolate if the result from an NHS Test & Trace test is negative.

If you did not book the test before you arrived in England, you can book one after you arrive. You will need to complete another passenger locator form to opt into the scheme.

98% sensitivity, 100% specificity and 98.8% accuracy. Secure reporting system using iQemo, CE marked assay. UKAS accredited, UK Gov Private Provider Listed, Approved by Public Health England.
